AeroVironment, a leading manufacturer of unmanned aircraft systems, has successfully completed the acquisition of Tomahawk Robotics, a developer of AI-enabled robotic control systems and integrated communication. This $120 million acquisition will allow AeroVironment to integrate Tomahawk Robotics’ technologies into its own platforms, further enhancing its offerings in artificial intelligence and autonomy.

Under the agreement, Tomahawk Robotics will become part of AeroVironment’s unmanned aircraft systems business unit. By combining the expertise of both companies, AeroVironment aims to provide the best solutions for its customers’ operational needs.
