Apple launched the second-generation of the original HomePod earlier this year, featuring improvements in audio quality, a temperature and humidity sensor, an S7 chip, multi-room audio, and compatibility with Matter. Now, Apple has started selling refurbished HomePod devices in a wide selection of countries, including Spain.

The second-generation refurbished HomePod devices are available at the Apple Store in Spain in both white and black colors. The original price for these smart speakers is 349 euros, but the refurbished products are offered at a reduced price of 299 euros.

Apple assures that the restored HomePod devices have undergone functionality tests and have been optimized, inspected, cleaned, and repackaged in a white box along with their original documentation. Additionally, the refurbished HomePods come with a 1-year warranty, and an extended warranty can be requested with Apple Care+.

The second-generation HomePod is considered one of the best smart speakers on the market, featuring a redesigned design, an S7 chip, spatial audio, and compatibility with Matter. It includes a four-microphone array, a high-excursion woofer, and a five-tweeter array.

The availability of refurbished HomePods provides an interesting alternative for consumers who cannot afford to buy a new device at its original price. With a reduced price of 299 euros, it is a fantastic option, especially considering that refurbished devices do not easily wear out with use or suffer significant damage.
