The mobile device manufacturer, Honor, unveiled its new foldable smartphone, the Magic V Purse, at the IFA 2023 event in Berlin. However, upon its arrival in China, it was revealed that the name had been changed to Honor V Monedero. Below, we will detail the specifications and price of this device.
In terms of dimensions, when folded, the Honor V Monedero measures 156.5 x 74.57 x 8.6 mm and weighs 2014 g. One of its standout features is its main screen, which folds outwards instead of inwards. The OLED panel has a diagonal of 7.71 inches and a resolution of 2348 x 2016 pixels.
When the device is folded, users can enjoy a diagonal screen size of 6.45 inches, with a resolution of 2348 x 1088 pixels. The screen utilizes a 10-bit matrix and boasts a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
In terms of hardware, the Honor V Monedero features the Snapdragon 778G chip as its processor, coupled with 16 GB of RAM. In terms of storage, there are options for 256 GB or 512 GB. The battery has a capacity of 4,500 mAh and supports 35W fast charging.
In the camera department, the Honor V Monedero comes with a triple camera setup. On the rear, there are a pair of 50 MP and 12 MP modules, with the latter serving as a wide-angle lens. On the screen, there is a small hole housing an 8 MP selfie camera.
As for additional features, the device includes stereo speakers, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2. However, a headphone jack is not included. In terms of software, the Honor V Monedero runs on the Android 13 operating system and has the proprietary firmware, MagicOS 7.2.
